With the following information you will be able to setup new email accounts on Cpanel once you have signed up a web hosting package.
Create An Email Account With Cpanel
1. Log into Cpanel by going to https://yourdomain.com:2083
2. Enter the username and password you were supplied when signing up for web hosting.
3. On the right hand side under "Mail" click on "Email Accounts".
4. Now enter in what email address you would like and your desired password.
5. The mailbox quota should be set to 250MB by default and should be suitable in most cases.
6. Now click on create the the account has been setup. In this window you can configure for Outlook
